COVID REQUESTS If you are well, masks are optional in the office. If you have had a close contact exposure please plan to wear a mask to your appointment. If you are experiencing new cold, flu or COVID symptoms please plan to wear a mask to your appointment and ideally take a COVID test before coming. Unsure what to do?
